What's the role?
This is a pivotal leadership opportunity within Opal’s Cartons business, overseeing around 200 team members across our Sydney and Adelaide manufacturing sites. The role will be instrumental in leading the establishment of a greenfield manufacturing facility in Sydney, while driving strong P&L performance. You’ll be responsible for continuous site improvement, operational safety, and the effective day-to-day leadership of our people and processes.
