Opal has loved being part of the St Kilda AFLW 2023 season as a foundation sponsor.

The Saint’s season finished after just missing out on a top-eight spot on the ladder by a percentage margin of 4.6%.

The 2023, 10-round AFLW season was a close one, with five teams winning six games, which was a close call on who would make finals and mark their place in the top eight.

In the end, the 2023 season may not have resulted in a spot in the finals for the Saints, but it was undoubtedly a year of growth and progress and a season worth celebrating! It also saw five amazing home games at RSEA Park in Moorabbin where Saints fans could watch on and be part of the strong community engagement.

The Saints had a great season, winning six of 10 games, and we can’t wait to watch them come back bigger and stronger in 2024!
