Bio-Manufacturing Training Centre opening

With the Hon. Gayle Tierney, Minister for Training and Skills, today we officially opened the purpose built Bio-Manufacturing Training Centre at TAFE Gippsland Yallourn. The Training Centre was delivered under the BioPathways Partnership with Opal Australian Paper, Federation University and TAFE Gippsland.

The partnership was established through a $3.8 million grant from the Workforce Training Innovation Fund. It will offer specialist courses in bio-manufacturing, supporting the Latrobe Valley as a future hub for the emerging bio-economy.
